CIVILIZATION Project What is EMS?

change of pace, but no idea. Well

rather a new approach, but always starting from the idea of \u200b\u200bcreating a wargame of the Second World War, from the community and people interested in this conflict and who wants to participate, either by leaving your opinion, making proposals, drawing or designing, programming, comment, teaching, correcting, explaining, and many more ...

The idea is the same as indicated in the first post about creating a wargame of the Second World War, but not as utopian as indicated the first approach, but with the same depth and extent of the various options and areas we can cover, in relation to the different aspects that existed and were taken into account and used for the worst conflict mankind had so well known. Then you

I make a little new EMS project approach and as you know anyone that interests you or think that this idea can weigh out, welcome to the team in order to participate in as much as it sees fit or can.

EMS Project

The idea is to create a shift Wargame and to be played by PBEM, where they can participate from 2 to 6 players and even expand this list if appropriate, but I think between 5 and 6 would be just right.

is that each carry a more representative United Nations Conflict and lighter weight Nations can take between participants in each Partnership.

The game as I said will shift, but the idea is to be flexible and it does not depend on whether the player has to perform the movements of the end turn and sent the PBEM that can perform the following theirs, this form may be complicated in items 5 and 6 players. To speed up this point, the idea (which will enter in more detail in the Blog of the Project) will be that the shift will be played by all in parallel, each one will take the appropriate decisions in the round and when finished send the result to the movements and decisions, when you have all files proceed to calculate the result of the shift across all player data.

Another point to be discussed will be the scale of the units, the issue of training and creation of them, their movements, their improvements, reinforcements, and a long list of all the issues that may occur and that we have a place in this representation.

on the board, the idea is to move in two phases, the strategic yet the world map format and a more specific areas of the region or province in hexagonal mesh format, with the representation of cities, towns, geographical features, roads and train stations, airports, ports, beaches , factories, oil wells and a long list of those who we feel can be represented in it. This map is hexagonal mesh which perform the movements at the tactical or operational.

Mapamundi In phase would also be where aside from making strategic moves and military decision-making, would have different areas: Politics, Diplomacy, Industry, Research, Intelligence, Production, Economics, Military, etc.

Having explained the concept of the idea, the other is with additions of what I'd like to see represented in a game about World War II, for example here include all sorts of people, first are those who like historical rigor and are extensive knowledge of historical events, both social, political, economic and military of this conflict, on the other side who like wargames simulation and tactical and operational depth and detail or agile and addictive, are the designers and models who understand and representation of the different units, their colors and designs, and the years that fall within the operational scenario, those who understand programming, the modders, as we see all we are interested in this kind of games and everything related to the conflict itself.

As this space is intended to be a mixed bag, a box of sand or as it is known in the jargon of project teams, a sandbox where you can make another term closely related to these phases of ideas, brainstorming.

Without further delay, this space is opened with the idea that anyone interested in leaving his idea can do it.
